At a certain point in our lives, we submit to putting aside who’s right or wrong, we just want it to STOP! So we wave the white flag". The release of "Surrender" follows their gold-certified When Legends Rise album. The Grammy-nominated band has had a staggering 11 #1 singles and 20 top 10 hits at rock radio. And with that a...

Jimmy Eat World’s Heartfelt Acoustic Version Of “Something Loud”

Going the DIY route, Jimmy Eat World has released an acoustic version of their latest song. The intimate version of "Something Loud" was recorded in their own Tempe, Arizona studio. And the accompanying music video was filmed as they recorded. In other words, what you see is what you get. Frontman Jim Adkins along with long-time band members Tim Linton (guitar/backing vocals), Rick Burch (bass), and Zach Lind (drums) recorded the reworked version in a single day. The entire process to mix and master the song and edit the video was a very hands-on process with Adkins having this to say about the experience. I recorded, mixed, filmed and edited the thing — took about a week all-in. A lot of it was hitting the spacebar to record, then running into the garage to play whatever was s...

The newest single from the album is an uptempo energetic new song called "2016" and the album is due October 28th. The new single features Titus on vocals. Coming off a string of successful singles, their most recent effort went viral. "Backfired" with Taylor Acorn has racked up hundreds of thousands of streams and connected with fans on Tik Tok. What we like about 408 is that we can hear the pop-punk roots they're grounded in but other influences permeate through the music. If you listen closely, you can hear the hip hop, EDM, and electronica bleed through. The result is an up-and-coming band that is familiar yet fresh. New Music ...

Talented art rock trio Palaye Royale have released their highly anticipated new single. On top of that, they've announced the release date for their new album. If you're just getting to know Palaye Royale, their music can be described as equal parts brit-pop, glam rock, and art-punk. It's a family affair as the band was formed in 2008 by three brothers Remington Leith (vocals), Sebastian Danzig (guitar), and Emerson Barrett (drums). Sebastian, the oldest of the Kropp brothers, was born in Canada but they moved to Las Vegas shortly after birth. As teenagers, they moved to Los Angeles where they paid their dues in the local rock 'n' roll scene. On The Road Over the years they've developed a pass...
