Rockers Kings County Drop Intense Flock Of Seagulls Cover

Florida based rock band Kings County have given new life to a song that helped define a generation by putting their own spin on A Flock of Seagulls 'I Ran (So Far Away)'. The original was released in 1982 at the height of the MTV era and was the second single off their self titled album. Kings County have redefined the track with an exceptional hard hitting music video and single release. The band is made up of Rob Dexter (Vocals, Bass), Steve Bell (Guitars, Vocals), Joe Lopez (Drums) and Bill Kania (Guitars, Vocals). They brought on producer Chuck Alkazian out of Pearl Sound Studios to helm the project. Long Awaited Eve 6 EP Drops In June

Eve 6 are back on the scene with a new single and EP on the way. On February 4th the new song 'black nova' was released and it's the first taste of new music from the band since 2012's Speak In Code album. The grim value EP is set to be released on June 25th on Velocity Records. According to their profile on the labels' website the band has 'had all the terminally predictable ups and downs of every other band that's been chewed up and spit out by the machine. their new shit is good but no one will listen or care'.
