Eddie Vedder Confronts Loss On Heartfelt New Single “Brother The Cloud”

Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder is set to release a new solo album in February and his latest single tackles a very difficult subject, the loss of a loved one. In this case, he has experienced multiple tragedies in recent years. The unexpected death of his half-brother Chris in 2017 affected him deeply. That, in addition to the loss of Cornell a year later as discussed in a 2020 Howard Stern interview has left him reeling. Vedder's new album Earthlings drops on February 11. Not only does the album feature a number of legends, the band he's taking on the road features some familiar characters. Billboard reports collaborations with the likes of Elton John, Stevie Wonder, and Ringo Starr can be expected. https://twitter.com/PearlJam/status/1482052688368087052 On Tour The live band sup...

Jack White Debuts Heartfelt New Single & Music Video For “Love Is Selfish”

Jack White is as versatile as they come. One minute loud and raucous, the next quiet and introspective. He's set to have a productive year with two solo albums slated for release in 2022. After coming out hard with the first single "Taking Me Back" from his new album Fear of the Dawn (due in April), "Love Is Selfish" puts his softer side on display. The latter of which will be featured on his planned summer release, Entering Heaven Alive. This is the kind of material I'm looking for from White. Sure he's most often at his best with loud distorted guitars but he's got a softer side. 'Love Is Selfish' is just him and his guitar with some light percussion in the background to help keep the train on the tracks. You can check it out below after its debut or on your favorite streaming platfo...

Americana Duo The HawtThorns to Release Tarot Cards & Shooting Stars February 25th

The new year is shaping up nicely for new music releases and on February 25th we can expect a new album from husband/wife Americana duo The HawThorns. The album, Tarot Cards & Shooting Stars is set to drop on Mule Kick Records. When you combine the lush vocal harmonies, sun-kissed songwriting, and versatile guitar work of K.P. and Johnny Hawthorn, the result is something special. Tarah Who? Drop Buzzworthy New Single “Push Me”

Tarah Who? has teamed up with the talented London-based Brazilian group YUR MUM and the new single is available everywhere now. "Push Me" is the latest effort from Tarah Who? who are known for their unorthodox and non-conformist tone. The track is a direct response to the 2020 Grammy Awards. Tarah couldn't help but notice that the entire Rock category wasn't even aired on the broadcast. The winners' names just scrolled along the bottom of the screen with little fanfare. The moment inspired Tarah to compose a song that sheds a light on the lack of representation of rock bands in the music industry at the moment. Especially female-fronted groups. Using the power of sound and raw lyrics, Tarah Who? aims to shine a light on the situation and be a force for change. Follow the ba...

From there he strums the guitar and sings as he looks over get well cards as he sits on the couch. He proceeds to walk into the garage and examine the clothes and helmet he was wearing at the time of the accident. The track is quintessential Dashboard, Carrabba at his best.
