English rockers You Me At Six have dropped a high-octane new single ahead of their run of U.S. tour dates. “No Future? Yeah Right” will be included on the band’s eighth studio album which is due in 2023 on Rise Records.
The new album Truth Decay follows 2021’s SUCKAPUNCH which hit #1 in the UK. The new single “No Future? Yeah Right” features special guest Rou Reynolds of Enter Shikari on vocals. The song encourages listeners to stand up for themselves and features a soaring powerful chorus that’ll drag you in. You Me At Six vocalist Josh Franceschi had this to say about the new material.
Sometimes we find ourselves under the spell of others’ insecurities & if you let people hurt you, they will. Nothing is more disappointing than discovering someone’s true colours and them being dark. Getting our long-time friend Rou to lend his skills to our angst and defiance made the song that much more profound.
