“Mouth Culture are an eclectic Alternative/Indie/Rock band from Leicester, England; Comprised of Jack Voss, Mason Clifford, Jacob Keller Welsh, Chris Jesson and Todd Groome.
Formed in 2018 after cutting their teeth in different bands, Mouth Culture are the result of 5 best friends writing music for themselves to find an escape from the formalities of everyday life.
Mixing ambience with intricate guitars, big synths and melodic hooks; they take inspiration from all styles of music and all walks of life – expect each release to be bigger and better than the last.” (bio via Skiddle)
Artio
“Hailing from Leeds, self-produced Gen-Z quartet Artio forge ferocious and incendiary electronica-infused alt-rock anthems that are deeply rooted in queer rage and the trans experience.
Taking clear inspiration from fellow genre-defying trailblazers Enter Shikari, PVRIS and WARGASM to craft their innovative sound, the band zealously adhere to a DIY ethos – self-producing all their material, directing their own music videos, and creating custom stage outfits.
Signed to Slam Dunk Records in 2021, their cathartic ‘Pyrokid’ EP garnered praise from BBC Radio 1, Kerrang, Rock Sound and Upset for its modern and nuanced take on a coming-of-age record and saw the band explode in popularity on TikTok after lead single ‘Product Of My Own Design’ deeply resonated with the platform’s queer and trans communities.
Upcoming debut album ‘Babyface’ is a highly ambitious, emotionally charged story of growth, change, transition and evolution, accessible to anyone determined to break toxic cycles and bury their past self in attempts to grow. ‘Babyface’ arrives 1st March 2024 via Slam Dunk Records.” (bio via SubmitHub)
TOVA
“Crashing onto the scene in 2020, TOVA are an alternative rock band from the UK, who blend emo and metal sensibilities, with eclectic influences ranging from Garage, Dubstep, Jungle and beyond. Their energetic performances, sold out shows and uniquely sound, means the future is looking big for the lads…
The emotion and intensity of the band’s sound has rapidly grown their audience, with an impressive 400k followers on Tiktok, which has garnered them a huge 20k regular monthly listeners on Spotify.
TOVA have made waves on several official Spotify and Amazon Music playlists, including ‘New Blood’, ‘Kickass Metal’, ‘All New Rock’ & ‘The Pit’. They have also had extensive airplay on Kerrang! Radio as Alex Bakers ‘Featured Artist of the Week’, as well as BBC Radio 1 plays on Nels Hyltons ‘Future Alternative Show’ & Alyx Holcombe’s ‘BBC Introducing show’ . In August 2022, TOVA partnered up with Earache Records, releasing several singles and EPs, including their viral hard rock anthem ‘Fever’, produced and mixed by Dan Weller (Enter Shikari, Bury Tomorrow).
TOVA have played numerous UK headline tours, with SOLD OUT shows at venues such as London’s Camden Assembly, OMEARA, and Manchester’s Deaf Institute. The band also recently played various industry showcases, tearing the roof off of BBC Radio 1 host Nels Hyltons acclaimed UPGRADE night, as well as Hope Lynes Kerrang! Showcase.” (bio via TOVA)

“Formed in 2018, Asleep At The Helm are a modern metalcore quintet hailing from Manchester, UK. Showcasing a powerful understanding of fierce aggression laced with soaring melodies the bands latest offering (their highly anticipated sophomore album) “KEEPSAKE” has taken the UK underground by storm, with no respite insight.
To date the band have largely focused on honing their live show in the north, building up a solid fan base with key support slots with the likes of Make Them Suffer, Our Hollow Our Home and Black Tongue.
