Liam Gallagher Releases New Single “Better Days”

The iconic Liam Gallagher has an eagerly awaited new solo album on the way. His new single "Better Days" just dropped and has the vibe and feel of an instant classic. Gallagher collaborated with Grammy-winning Andrew Wyatt and Michael Tighe on writing the track. Produced by Wyatt along with Greg Kurstin (Adele, Sir Paul McCartney), they spiced things up with Nick Zinner of Yeah Yeah Yeahs featured on guitar. The music video features Gallagher and band on top of the Midland Hotel in Manchester, England. The cinematic performance video gets increasingly psychadelic as the sky slowly starting to swirl. The video is a clear nod to the Beatles legendary Apple Corps show. Directed by Paul Dugdale, he's in good company having worked previously with the likes of The Rolling Stones, Adele,...

LO LA To Debut New “Heartbreak Anthem” On Valentines Day

At just 21 years old, Los Angeles-based LO LA has already been performing for more than a decade. The talented singer/songwriter is coming into her own with the release of the new single "Toxic Love" on Valentines' Day. The mid-tempo track is described as a new "heartbreak anthem". It's the perfect song for anyone who's been burned by an ex-boyfriend or girlfriend. "Toxic Love" came together quickly for LO LA. She collaborated with her producer to lay it down in his parent's garage. Serving as proof that you don't always need to go into a flashy studio to express yourself. LO LA burst onto the scene in 2018 with the release of her debut single "Can't Keep Helping Myself". A cover she did of Lana Del Rey's "Queen of Disaster" led to viral fame on Tik Tok. The song has been incl...

Singer/Songwriter Greg Amici Returns With Aquatic Themed Lyric Video For “Ship Strike”

The multi-talented musician, writer, and actor Greg Amici is back with another innovative music video. "Ship Strike" is set to be featured on Amici's forthcoming album Tragicomic and the lyric video is out now. When asked about the inspiration behind the song, Amici admits he went outside his comfort zone. He's traditionally resisted writing protest-type songs in an attempt to avoid coming across as preachy. However, when someone close to him requested he shine a light on the plight of whales and the impact of shipping on their nighttime swimming habits, he was inspired to write "Ship Strike". Amici hopes to call attention to the issue and help push technology forward that could potentially be a solution to a complex problem. While originally written on piano, something was mi...

PVRIS release explosive new single “Monster”

Alt-pop heavyweights PVRIS have returned with a new single and tour. The synth-driven 'Monster' is another big step on their journey after the release of the Use Me album last year. The new album is seen as part of the bands' evolution as frontwoman Lynn Gunn stepped forward as leader and architect of the project. She wrote, played all the instruments, and sang on all 11 songs. JT Daly aka K. Flay produced the project. PVRIS' nearly month-long US tour kicked off August 6 in Detroit and runs through a sold-out September 2 date at the Fonda Theater in LA. Royal and the Serpent will be opening up on most of these shows. 'Monster’ is a song about reckoning with outside opinions and expectations put upon oneself. It can be easy to take on the weight of negative situations/opinions...

New EP In August The Strangers EP chronicles the work she's done over the past year and tells a story. The project is named for Merk as she feels the characters in her life...

Orange County Rockers Junket Return To Action With ‘Red Handed’

It's the first single in 10 years for Orange County's Junket and it's well worth the wait. 'Red Handed' combines introspective melodies with intense layers of sound and just maybe the edge we need right now. The song is inspired by a popular Showtime Classic that just so happens to be making a comeback later this year. Dexter will return for a limited run but Junket's time is now. Made up of seasoned musicians Chris Wicher (vocals), Michael Miller (guitar), Kyle Hallenbeck (bass), and Chad Babcock (drums), they have channeled the spirit of actor Michael C. Hall on 'Red Handed'. According to frontman Wicher, although the song is inspired by the show, 'there’s enough ambiguity for any listener to come up with his or her own meaning that’s relatable to their lives'. 'Red Handed' was ...
