From Ashes To New has come through with a gripping new single, “Nightmare”. The track comes from the band’s upcoming fourth album set for release set this summer via Better Noise Music. Dual vocalists, Matt Brandyberry and Danny Case’s vocal prowess are on display as they blend heavy rock anthemic choruses with nu-metal/rap rock verses.
“Nightmare” takes listeners on a journey through the emotions of betrayal and the nightmares that follow. The music video, directed by Josiahx (Disturbed, Miss May I), adds a haunting touch with an apocalyptic theme.
“Betrayal is one of the deepest cuts,” says Case in a recent press release. “You build a connection with someone and then they turn into a stranger. The person you once cared for deeply is now your enemy. The only way to escape the nightmare is to erase them from your life and move forward.”
“Nightmare” Is Available Now
The track is available to stream on all digital platforms and is worth a listen for fans of heavy metal. The Lancaster, PA-based band will be hitting the road this spring, sharing the stage with Shinedown and Three Days Grace. They’ll put an exclamation point on their tour schedule with appearances at some of the country’s largest rock festivals such as Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple.
From Ashes To New has built a dedicated fanbase with its unique blend of hard rock, hip-hop, electronic, and alternative music. They have earned over 345 million streams and 55 million video views to date. Prior to “Nightmare,” the band released “Heartache” and “Until We Break (feat. Matty Mullins of Memphis Mayfire),” which was also featured on the soundtrack for the horror-thriller The Retaliators, in which the band made a guest appearance.
