Wolf Rd is back with a banger of a new single in the form of "Way Down". The band just celebrated the single drop with a big release show at Chicago's Bottom Lounge. The song is about picking up the pieces after you've had your heart broken. Frontman Chris Hoffmann had this to say about the track. Tribeca Film Festival 2022 Dispatch (Reviews)

The 21st annual Tribeca Film Festival has been been going on since June 8. The in-person portion of the event has ended, but the online "at home" programming continues through this weekend. I haven't had as much time as I would like to dive in to everything. I've focused so far on some of the excellent documentaries on the lineup. All of the films featured below had their World Premiere at Tribeca and are available to rent online for $15/each and are viewable through the Tribeca At Home app until Sunday, June 26. Release Date Announced For The Midnight’s Heroes Album

The highly anticipated new album Heroes from The Midnight is due September 9th. Featuring the new single "Heartbeat", the project will complete a trilogy of album releases that began in 2018. Each of the three albums in the series has a theme. Kids is thought of as self-knowledge, Monsters released in 2020 is self-love while Heroes is empathy. Magnolia Park’s ‘Heart Eater’ EP Is A Pop Punk Masterpiece

The new EP from Magnolia Park is out now. Heart Eater is an action-packed four-song EP loaded with special guests. The only complaint that comes to mind is the fact I didn't discover these guys sooner. Magnolia Park first popped on my radar in March when vocalist Joshua Roberts teamed up with 408 on the pop-punk anthem "Mark Hoppus". The song made some waves even catching the attention of the Blink 182 vocalist/bassist himself on Twitter. Leading up to the release of Heart Eater, they dropped singles with members of Bad Suns, Mayday Parade, and former skateboarder/YouTube star Chad Tepper.
