Alt-Rockers Lit Announce “Spring Loaded” Tour Dates

You may know them from their double platinum-selling “My Own Worst Enemy“. Well, the band Lit has begun a new chapter with new music, an album, and a red hot spring tour on the way. It’s their first tour in nearly three years. They’ve tapped Heart Attack Man and Tuk Smith & The Restless Hearts to open up the shows.

The band is currently in the studio working on what will become their seventh studio album. When asked about the new material, vocalist A. Jay Popoff had this to say, “we’ve taken everyone on a hell of a ride. Our fans have allowed us to follow whatever path we’ve chosen. Now, we really want them to feel like we delivered on this batch of songs.”

Tickets are on sale now and more information can be found on the Lit website.

It’s great to see Lit going back at it. “My Own Worst Enemy” is one of the biggest songs from the late 90s and the band recently released a four-part podcast series chronicling the impact of this iconic song. Presented by Round Hill Music you can listen here.

As far as new material goes, Lit dropped a new single “Yeah Yeah Yeah” last fall. They’ve just released a killer new live video featuring the song. After watching, we’re stoked for the spring tour!

Check out the video and be sure to follow Lit on Twitter and Instagram for updates.
