As much as I love going the distance (literally) for my favorite artists, I was so relieved to see that grandson was bringing his ILYIT tour to Albany's Empire Underground. This summer marked my fourth time seeing grandson live–and if I’m honest, he simply keeps getting better and better. Summer 2023 Music Festivals It's time to start planning your summer 2023 concert calendar. A number of America's premiere music festivals have gone live with their lineups so here's the scoop. Coachella and Bonnaroo have both announced their lineups with Boston Calling and Sonic Temple all delivering great lineups filled with talent. Gary Clark Announces First Full Tour In 18 Months

The electrifying Gary Clark is taking the show on the road. The multi-Grammy Award-winning artist and producer is embarking on a series of headline dates and festivals that will keep him gigging through the summer of '22. The U.S. leg of the tour kicks off with a show in Austin, Texas on August 20 and runs for four weeks. The European dates also announced will take place in the summer of '22. He'll have an opportunity to open for Guns N' Roses. Clark is currently working on a follow-up to his This Land album. To date, he has been nominated for six Grammy Awards and has taken home four. The Life is Beautiful Music & Arts Festival has announced a stacked lineup in what is the most high-profile concert announcement since the outset of the pandemic.
