The Gorillaz Announce Highly Anticipated 8th Studio Album

The new Gorillaz album Cracker Island officially has a release date. The 10-track collection is loaded with unique collaborations and is sure to defy genre classification. The highly anticipated project will be released on February 24th. This is the eighth studio album from the popular animated band founded by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. Expect guest appearances from artists like Stevie Nicks, Adeleye Omotayo Beck, and Bad Bunny. The latest single "New Gold" features Tame Impala and Bootie Brown (The Pharcyde). The album was recorded in both London and Los Angeles earlier this year. AWOLNATION Tour Announced, Covers Album Drops Friday

AWOLNATION is hitting the road and tickets go on sale Friday. Not-so-coincidentally, the highly anticipated covers and compilation album will be released the same day. My Echo, My Shadow, My Covers and Me features appearances by Beck, Jewel, Brandon Boyd (Incubus), Taylor Hanson (yes, that Hanson), and many others. Dubbed the 'Falling Forward' tour, it'll kick off October 6th in Utah and run through November 18th in Seattle. Highlights include stops in New York City, Los Angeles, and Brooklyn Bowl Nashville. The list of new, exclusive, and reissued albums available on Record Store Day 2021 has arrived and there's a lot of options for music fans. Spread out over two days this year, June 12 and July 17 there are a few things you'll want to educate yourself on to give you a better chance of locking up the albums you're looking to add to your collection. The good folks over at the official Record Store Day site have laid it all out for us and there are three categories of content to keep in mind. First, there's the 'Exclusives'.
