Texas Blues-Rocker Ally Venable Set To Resume Tour Dates With Kenny Wayne Shepherd + Others

Ally Venable, 22-year old Texas blues-rocker, is making some waves on the road this fall with artists like Buddy Guy, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, and Christone "Kingfish" Ingram. She's on tour in support of her latest release Heart of Fire and the second leg is set to get underway. Written throughout the course of the pandemic, Venable entered Bessie Blue Studio in Tennessee with highly regarded producer Jim Gaines to lay it down. 'Gone' is the third single from the project after both of the initial releases connected with fans. The subject matter of this new track is quite personal. According to Prew, 'Gone is written about two of my close friends who passed away in a tragic accident. I got inspired to write this song from their mom's social media page dedicated to their passing.'
